This privacy policy describes how the TechNiti Attendance app ("the app") collects, uses, and protects your information. The app is used by employees of organizations that run their own Frappe/ERPNext HR system.
The app connects directly to your employer's own server (a Frappe/ERPNext site whose address you or your employer enters on first launch). TechNiti does not operate any central server and never receives your data. Your employer is the data controller; all data collected by the app is stored on your employer's server.

The app does not collect data in the background. Location and camera are used only in the foreground, at the moment you punch in or out. The app contains no ads, no analytics SDKs, and no third-party tracking.
All of this is deleted when you log out, change site, or uninstall the app. Device backups of app data are disabled.
The app shares data only with the server your organization configured. No data is sold or shared with any other third party.
Attendance records, selfies, and locations are retained on your employer's server according to your employer's HR policy. To access, correct, or delete your data, contact your HR administrator. To remove all locally stored data, log out or uninstall the app.
The app is intended for workplace use by adults (18+). It is not directed at children.
